I had a fine stay. Clean hotel. I enjoyed the very helpful staff. the location was peaceful. the private parking was on site. Overall, I had a nice stay at Alex's Cosy Guesthouse. the hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. the peaceful location and on-site private parking added to the convenience of my stay.

The hotel with great-sized and well-kept rooms, in a calm area, to find everything. Comfortable beds, central heating, a fridge and a dining area in the room. Amazingly friendly, respectful people working here.

This place is conveniently located close to public transportation, a train station, and a supermarket, as well as near the metro.

The staff here was very friendly and willing to help, making our stay enjoyable and convenient because everything we wanted to see was within short walking distance.

Enjoyed our nice rooms with everything we needed, and the staff was super friendly 🌟 Our room had a balcony, kitchen area, and plenty of closet space. the cost was $62.

The rooms were bright and well-kept with fantastic facilities. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location was convenient and nice for exploring the quiet area, with a short walk to a big supermarket, train/bus station, and close to the metro.

I really liked Alex's Cosy Guesthouse. The location is great, very close to the train and bus stations, a hill, a big supermarket, and the Mtatsminda Pantheon Necropolis. The staff members were extremely helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of meals, including tea and cookies.

We were greeted by a friendly owner who made our check-in process smooth and easy. The room we were given had a big and comfortable bed, providing us with a great night's sleep. The location of the guesthouse was convenient for us as it was close to the train station. Additionally, the beautiful garden surrounding the guesthouse added a peaceful atmosphere to our stay. Though we didn't have a full breakfast, we were offered complimentary tea and biscuits which was a nice gesture. Despite some minor drawbacks such as a semi-broken shower and an iffy door lock, overall we had a pleasant experience at Alex's Cosy Guesthouse.

The location of the guesthouse was great! It was conveniently located near the central station and metro, making it easy to explore the city. There were also many bakeries and shops around, which was convenient for grabbing a quick snack or buying supplies. Additionally, the accommodation provided great hospitality, with the owners being kind and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even shared a glass of wine with us.

There were a few things that could have been improved during our stay. the fridge in our room was dirty, with other people's hairs and sour milk in it.
